Nice photos Greg. During the last two or three years I have been taking a lot of photos of downtown every 2-3 months. It is very interesting to see the progression. Quite a different Bellevue from the place that I grew up in.

Thanks for stopping by, Joe. It is pretty incredible how much the area has changed in such a short time. I was analyzing the Eastside condo market the other day and see we have new inventory in Redmond, not even downtown, priced near $450 per square foot. Just 7-8 years ago, that was close to the going rate for condos in Belltown.
I checked out your site - sorry, I can’t help you out. I do know this - the last hair on my head will be a white one…
